Seeing through the Illusion

As human beings, we are surrounded by illusions that we process as being very real.  Our five senses of hearing, seeing, smelling, touching and tasting allows us to take in vital information to send to our brain which processes, sorts and files these perceptions to ultimately ensure safe passage through our physical 3D reality.

Fourth dimensionally, we have thoughts and emotions related to these perceptions which also contribute to the creation of our reality whether we are conscious of it or not.

One of the biggest commitments we can make on our journey towards awakening is to become more conscious of what we are choosing to create with our thoughts, words, emotions and actions.

The one thing we cannot do is to stop creating because it’s inherent in our nature and is the very essence of Source energy.

Thousands of choices are made by us every day which create fractals of opportunity or constriction and lead to new choices which alter our reality in a continual cycle of creation.

Awareness of the many layers of who we are on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level is vital to this process if we want to consciously participate in what gets created. This ensures our being an active manifestor versus living the byproduct of an ignorant life where we are victims to our own unconscious creations.

Why does this matter?  Because with a heightened level of understanding, we can create whatever reality we want for ourselves and be able to see through the illusion all around us.  Our world functions like a hall of mirrors.  What we see in the physical is a reflection of who we are being. Who we are being is a culmination of our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual selves. All aspects are changing continually.

The illusion is our belief that any piece of our experience is permanent or real. It is only a perception and yet we live in a world where the majority of individuals walking this planet are so embedded in the fiction of the physical that they don’t know how to break out of their own limitation to create a different reality (or perception) for themselves.

So let’s take all the gobbledygook words I just typed from the past four paragraphs and look at it in a real life example. As a person who is deeply committed to creating their own reality of joy, abundance, peace and beauty, I prefer to spend my time on personal and spiritual development and communion with nature (see a few pics of my neighborhood friends who come right up to my door).

Because of my focus, if I can help it, I don’t watch the news or engage the energies of dis-empowerment, fear and victim-hood that are very prevalent in our society.  However, from time to time, I look up from my bear whispering to glance a New York Times article or quote and this one just happened to catch my eye.

“I’m just doing small electrical jobs to dog-paddle my way through till Mr. Trump gets elected.”

MARK PERKINS, who shut down his electrical storefront in the coal town of Wright, Wyo., this year.

Now I don’t share this to argue politics with anyone. Politics is a subject that interests me about as much as discussing Hydrostatic Pressure and Fluid Mechanics.  I’d rather clip feline claws. Politics is smoke and mirrors and a perfectly orchestrated system of polarity that only serves to create greater levels of division among people.  There are no winners.

I share the example because it is a perfect demonstration of the illusion that many are deeply entrenched in that someone outside of them will come save them and make their world a better one.  Mr. Perkins’s perspective doesn’t allow him to see that he is responsible for the creation of his reality and ‘pushing through’ until a savior can swoop in is a set up for more disempowerment and constriction.

Humanity continues to perpetuate patterns of poverty with the belief that they can’t do it for themselves.  The truth is they are the only ones who can!!  A new President is not going to be tasked with finding meaningful employment for millions of citizen nor is it their responsibility to do so. Dependency never yields empowerment, it just continues the cycle of dependency.

When we wake up and realize that we are powerful beings with infinite potential to create amazing realities for ourselves then this becomes our truth.  Let us hold space for everyone to see the truth of who they really are.

“If I accept you as you are, I will make you worse; however if I treat you as though you are what you are capable of becoming, I help you become that.”    —JOHANN WOLFGANG VON GOETHE
